FREE DELIVERY TO UK MAINLAND ON ALL ODERS

1 Depending on the type of goods ordered, Saif Houseware LTD will aim to dispatch the goods ordered by you within the stated delivery time upon receipt and authorization of receiving your payment.

2 Free Delivery is offered to destination addresses within Mainland UK only. Deliveries to any off-shore islands, international addresses and certain parts of Scotland/Highlands will incur delivery surcharges. These charges will depend on your postcode and the product you are purchasing. Please contact us prior to ordering to clarify costs. If you order and a delivery surcharge is required, a member of our team will be in contact by e-mail or phone.

3 To follow are details of some destinations where surcharges will be payable:

4 Deliveries to the above destinations may take an extra day or two. Goods will be dispatched to the postal address given in your order.

5 Please note we will not dispatch to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

6 Saif Houseware LTD aims to use the best delivery service possible. The free delivery service excludes weekends.

7 Saif Houseware LTD will make the necessary arrangements for dispatching and delivering the goods to you and where possible, a tracking number will be supplied upon despatch of your order. Should there be no-one at the address to take delivery, our courier will leave a card, or you may use the link within your tracking email, giving full instructions for you to re-arrange a more convenient time of delivery. You are encouraged to leave any special delivery instructions when you place your order.
